Our Parish Hall is located at 2201 St. Paul Road on the Parish Picnic Grounds. For availability, please call Crystal at the Parish Center at 636-978-1900, ext 221.
Usage Guidelines (updated 9/12/2019)
1.) The use of the St. Paul Parish Hall is limited to registered members of the parish only, 21 years of age or older. Parishioners CAN NOT enter into a license for use agreement for anyone outside the parish. Hall reservations are only made approx. up to 1 year in advance.
2.) The hall is not to be used for weddings or receptions for weddings not recognized by the Catholic Church.
3.) According to the laws of the state of Missouri, minors are not to be served alcoholic beverages or allowed to have them in their possession on these premises.
4.) Requests for the use of the hall are made through the parish office and require a non-refundable fee. License for use agreement fees are: 1 Day - $250; 2 Day - $350 (Fri, Sat) and 3 Day - (Fri, Sat, Sun) $500.
5.) Lightweight decorations are permitted if hung from the hooks provided for this purpose. Painters tape is the only adhesive allowed to be attached to the walls.
6.) Keys should be picked up at the parish office Monday – Thursday along with a $100.00 deposit. It is the responsibility of the signed renter to follow the checklist on page 2 of this agreement and have the premises completely cleaned by 10 am on the following day. The deposit will be refunded only after the keys have been returned and it has been determined that the hall has been properly cleaned and no damage has been done. If the hall has not been properly cleaned, the deposit will be forfeited. In the event of damages, the signed renter will be responsible for any repair costs in excess of $100. The keys must be returned no later than Tuesday by dropping them in the mail slot at the Parish Center.
7.) User should notify all participants/guests that no insurance coverage accompanies the use of the facility.
8.) No outside burning, i.e.: bonfires are allowed.
